A Non-Refundable reservation fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) having been issued this date in the form of Zelle to reserve said referenced puppy until this puppy is 8 weeks old when Buyer will take possession of the puppy.

and agree that I am not guaranteed my puppy of choice; however I understand that I can defer my reservation fee to one future litter to get the puppy I prefer. at the approval of Jolidoodles.

and agree that if I choose to forfeit my puppy and/or Reservation fee, Jolidoodles will resell the puppy to the person(s) of their choosing.

and agree that Jolidoodles cannot guarantee the success of every puppy in a litter and that Jolidoodles provides an environment where mom and litter can thrive. I also agree that Jolidoodles does make every effort to provide support to a puppy in crisis but has no control over mother nature.

and agree that if I have not taken possession of my puppy choice on the date and time designated by Jolidoodles when my puppy is 8 weeks of age, or have not given a minimum of one week notice that I will not be taking the puppy I have reserved, I forfeit my puppy and the reservation fee will not be deferred to a future litter.

and agree that any boarding of my puppy past the designated date and time when puppy is ready to be picked up is at the discretion and availability of Jolidoodles. I agree that I will make attempts in advance to make these arrangements and agree that the additional fee for holding my puppy will be $35 a day and paid in full when I collect my puppy on the agreed upon day and time.
