In order for your $100 waiting list reservation fee to be accepted, please check mark the box below that you agree to the following terms and conditions: *

A Non-Refundable reservation fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) does not guarantee me my puppy of choice.

I agree *

to send remaining reservation fee of Four hundred dollars ($400) to reserve my puppy upon birth of expected and agreed upon litter.

that Jolidoodles cannot control timing of females heats, litter or success of litter.

that Jolidoodles may cancel planned litter at any time if it is in the best interest of the Dam.

that I will be notified of litter being born and agree to the numerical place I hold on the waiting list.

that Jolidoodles reserved the right to use any puppy selection in any form.

that Jolidoodles will replace my waiting spot if I choose to remove myself from the expected litter’s waiting list.

that my reservation fee is not transferable.

I Understand *

that puppies can have common ailments upon my taking the puppy home. These ailments include and are not limited to: UTI, yeast infections, ear infections, allergy problems, Giardia, Coccidia or parasites. I agree to provide veterinary care including providing medications as prescribed.

I Understand and agree *

to the responsibility of all costs related to picking up my puppy on the day Jolidoodles chooses after the litter has collected their health certificates.

I Understand *

that my reservation fee may be transferred to future litters up to one time and is not refundable or transferable.

I UNDERSTAND *

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
